Audi Chief Technical Ulrich Hackenberg hypercar confirm that the project was indeed a very interesting idea, but it is not the priorities manufacturer based in Ingolstadt, Germany.
The hypercar project has long dealt by the predecessor Hackenberg, Wolgang Durheimer. He said that did not agree with the Volkswagen Group chief Martin Winterkorn about electric cars Audi.
In an interview with Autocar at the Detroit Motor Show in 2014, Hackenberg is more interested in developing the Audi TT which has a lighter weight.
The car will use a carbon fiber element so that its weight is reduced and will likely use of the MQB platform.
