First Unmanned Aircraft in the World, pocket size

The size of unmanned aircraft drones alias is fairly small, smaller than the 7-inch tablet and only 3 inches high. You could say the unmanned aircraft that managed to get funding platform Kickstarter is the smallest in the world.

Pocket Drone, thus the name of this device, when not in use can be folded and inserted into a hand bag. Although small, this plane is very sturdy because it is made of carbon materials and high-quality plastic.

Unlike the other drones that serves as an introduction to the goods or medical purposes in the disaster area, a project developed by a startup called AirDroids is more focused to capture video from the air.

"Pocket Drone is a personal flying robot that allows each person to shoot amazing photos and record videos of the sky," said AirDroids, as quoted by the Mail Online, Sunday (01/19/2014).

To support the flight and taking pictures of the sky, Pocket Drone has three rotor blades and mount to put a camera like the Go Pro HD. Interestingly, it can all be controlled via smartphone via companion applications.

"This aircraft adopts tricopter design, which means it has a quieter movement and agile drones of all types on the market today," added AirDroids.

Pocket Drone will be sold at a price of U.S. $ 595, which is packaged with 1080 pixels HD camera.
