Sparkling Blue, Beach in Maldives

The beach is one of the much sought after tourist spot, many beaches which presents the beauty and naturalness. But there is one unique beaches in the Maldives, the beach is capable of issuing a blue sheen.

Not sea water that makes it shiny, not too beautiful sand beaches and fine, but this beach can actually pull out the color. And can only be seen at night, especially during sunny weather.

This sparkling beaches are not part of the film or the magical results. The bluish light caused by microscopic organisms called phytoplankton bioluminescent, or Lingulodinium polyedrum in scientific language.

The phytoplankton population spread and increased in certain locations, including the beach, and some have red, orange, or other colors. And on the coast, the tiny microorganisms secrete blue, making this beach is very beautiful, especially at night.

When no voltage changes the acidity of the water and sea water, they react by issuing light. Even when set foot on these shores, they also issue the color of the same size.
