Hackers Attack the Israeli Ministry of Defense
Hackers just hacked into computers belonging to the Israeli Defense Ministry. Remarkably, the action is done only through an email attachment containing malware.

As reported by The Hacker News ( 27/1 ), the malware is XtremeRat which is spread through email support . This malware e-mail accounts Secret Shin Bet Security Service of Israel and then quickly spread.

Noted, there are 15 computers DoD Israel who became victims. In fact, malware is also capable of spreading to computers during the Civil Administration is monitoring the Palestinians who live in Israel.

Civil Administration itself has been used to control the traffic of goods between Israel and the Gaza Strip. It is not known whether this malware is specifically intended to destroy the system.

Meanwhile, there is also alleged that the attack was intended to destabilize the Palestinian work permits in Israel. It may be that it is the motivation behind this attack.

The attack itself causes the computer 15 controlled hackers for several days since 15 January last. Unfortunately, the Israelis did not want to announce more about this attack.

"We will not comment," a spokesman for Israel's Civil Administration, Guy Inbar.
